Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers fine and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities, but it can get humid due to the lack of proper ventilation and noise from nearby bars. The cleanliness was good overall, although some minor details could be improved. The service was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay away from the city buzz. The location is fantastic for easy access to the town center, yet the area can be noisy at night. Dining was satisfactory with a good selection, although prices were on the higher side compared to nearby alternatives.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice and quiet, allowing me to have a peaceful night's sleep, but unfortunately, they were still dirty and not ready to be checked into yet. The service, however, was exceptional, especially the young male receptionist who had everything set up for me well before check-in time. The location had its perks with plenty of nearby restaurants, but the hotel's placement on a busy street led to some noise disturbances throughout the night. While the dining experience was wonderful with a great selection, the facilities could be improved, particularly regarding the loud noises like hoovers and drum kits from neighboring rooms.
The hotel has clean rooms, but they feel a bit outdated and in need of updating. The presence of a sofa bed for our granddaughters was convenient, but the overall room experience was not too impressive. The service was a mix of helpfulness and disappointment. The location is good for exploring the canals and nearby restaurants, although the nightlife noise from the busy street can disrupt your sleep. The dining experience was enjoyable for us, but watch out for additional costs like parking. Overall, the stay was decent, but some areas could use improvement.
